Processing and Shipping Times

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Please note that no processing or delivery takes place on weekends or public holidays.

Austria & Germany: 2–5 business days

Rest of the EU: 4–7 business days

International: 

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Australia: 7–14 business days

Shipping is free for customers in Austria and the EU.

International shipping: 

Shipping costs for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Australia will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

For international orders (USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, New Zealand, Australia):

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay import taxes.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the courier’s return shipping costs.
